Event Space at The Cavern
No Rental or any other Fees!!
Birthday - Anniversary - Corporate Social/Meeting - Big Football Game - Just about Anything!

It really is true, there are no rental or any other fees! We will close the bar for your private event with the following requirements:
- With at least twenty (20) guests Sunday thru Thursday and thirty-five (35) Friday & Saturday, The Cavern will close the bar to the public for your special event for a maximum of four (4) hours. More time is available but the minimum purchase requirement increases. Note: If you are willing to cover the minimum you can have less people and we will still close the bar for you.
- Sunday thru Thursday has a $500 minimum purchase requirement (add $125 per hour after 4 hours) and $1,000 on Friday and Saturday (add $250 per hour after 4 hours). Minimums do not include sales tax or tips.
- We can run one tab or keep everyone separate, it's up to you. We can also manage tickets if you want to buy the first beverage for everyone.
- If you drop off decorations, we'll be happy to put them up or you can do it yourself just before the event but removing them will be your responsibility.
- We'll provide bartenders according to the number of guests.
- Food is available - see the "Food Menu" tab above, restrictions apply depending on the number of guests. We can also prepare a custom menu, let's talk about it. You are welcome to bring food or have it catered but keep in mind you still need to meet the minimum sales requirement.
- We do not have liquor and it is NOT allowed inside the bar. This is a chill environment, we want you and your guests to have fun but rowdy drunken troublemakers that could cause us or our property harm will be asked to leave or the party will be shut down.
- A $200 cash deposit is required to hold the date. It is refundable if canceled more than 2 weeks from date, non-refundable within 2 weeks. Cash is required because we'll either apply $200 as cash to your tab or refund cash the night of your event. We accept Venmo or Zelle.
- 49 person capacity.
